What you're buying

A personalised printed comic made from the answers and photos you send us. Each comic is made individually for you.

Your answers and photos

• You must be the child's parent or guardian, or have their permission, to order and to send photos of them.
• Only send photos of other people (brothers, sisters, friends) if you have permission from them or their parent.
• The illustrations are drawn with the help of AI image tools, guided by your photos. They are a comic-style likeness, not an exact portrait.

Your preview

We first send you a drawing of your child as a comic character to approve. Then, usually within 3 to 4 working days of receiving your answers, we email you a preview of every page. Nothing is printed until you approve it. Changes to the words are included, and we'll redraw up to four panels if something isn't right.

Delivery

• Comics are printed after you approve the preview and usually arrive in 5 to 8 working days. UK delivery is £3.99.
• For Christmas delivery, please order by 10 December and approve your preview promptly.
• We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Cancelling and refunds

• Before you approve the preview: you can cancel for a full refund. Just email us.
• After you approve it: because each comic is personalised and made to your specification, it can't be returned simply because you've changed your mind. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
• Damaged, faulty or a printing mistake: email us a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint it free or refund you.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 14 days.

Payments

Payments are taken securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in pounds and include VAT where applicable.

Using the comic

The finished comic is for your family's personal use. We may show sample pages on our website only if you tell us we can, and we never show real photos of your child.
